For a lot of people, the stress level in their lives become directly proportional to their age. This means that as they get older, their stress level goes up too. Some experts cite this as one of the causes of midlife crisis.
One of the side effects of too much stress is weight gain. It's not uncommon for some people in their midlife stage to eat uncontrollably as a result of their daily stress. In order to put a stop to this, they should determine the root of their stress. It may be due to their lifestyle, personal problems, additional workload at the office, etc.
It may be easier for some to get to the bottom of their problem, but it may not be as easy for others. If it's already hard enough to cope with the ton of work, how does one expect to take the time to sort their problems out? Fair enough. On father's day, this very song title could take on an entirely new meaning for you and your dad. It might even be considered a difference maker. On his special day, put your arm around his shoulder, tell him "Daddy you gotta slow down some," and then take him to spa.
