Consider the various sources of stress that affect us everyday--amount of work, unreasonable employer, traffic, pollution, maybe even unruly children at home. The list may go on and on. It wears you down, and makes you look years older than you are. It's a reality where sadly, there really is no escape.
On the positive side, there are many ways to alleviate stress. Among these are proper nutrition, getting enough rest, exercise and supplement all these with daily intake of multivitamins.
