How many of us have been on a diet at one time or another? Celebrities peddle their diet plans on TV as if it were some magic pill that you could take to shed the unwanted pounds and stay healthy. To be able to stay healthy, one must have the desire, and when you have the desire you need to take some action. But before you can take action, there are some things that need to be straightened out.
