One of the little privileges of midlife is that you get to spend a little more time off to enjoy by yourself or with your family. They can go off on a nice little vacation and temporarily put their worries behind.

The Green Tea Diet Plan
So how about a diet plan that provides consisitent benefits for as long as you take it?
