    Meal replacement diets have been around for some time now. It has even transcended the &quot;fad diet&quot; label because of its success rate. A lot of celebrities and professional athletes have endorsed the different programs because they have become proof that the plans do work.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
However, as with most diets, their success really depends on how far the program goes in following up with the dieter. The dieter may have successfully lost a tremendous amount of weight in their first month with the program.     Almost everyone&#039;s probably heard of diet regimens that were named after their discoverers, for example the &amp;lt;INSERT NAME HERE&amp;gt; Diet Plan. The problem with some of these diets is that there are too many requirements and conditions that the dieter has to fulfill before any significant results can be obtained.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
So how about a diet plan that provides consisitent benefits for as long as you take it? It doesn&#039;t require that you take a particular type of meal in the morning, another at lunch time and probably nothing in the evening. I call it the Green Tea Diet Plan. It&#039;s a humble little plan that doesn&#039;t require attaching the name of its discoverer to it. In fact its discoverer probably wouldn&#039;t want her name attached at all but her reputation is revered.     Good food! The joys of eating! Nothing quite compares. As the saying goes--you are what you eat.  The problem with indiscriminate eating is your health suffers, but you already know that. So what we&#039;re going to present here is a plan on knowing and understanding what you eat. &lt;br /&gt;

    How many of us have been on a diet at one time or another? Celebrities peddle their diet plans on TV as if it were some magic pill that you could take to shed the unwanted pounds and stay healthy. To be able to stay healthy, one must have the desire, and when you have the desire you need to take some action. But before you can take action, there are some things that need to be straightened out.&lt;br /&gt;
